How to Send Samples

Thank you for visiting Vireo Partners, your partner in diagnosing and optimizing wastewater systems. We strive to provide the quickest turn-around time. Please help us get fast results to you by following the 4 steps outlined below.

  1. Check the calendar to make sure the lab is open and available.

Micro-Analysis Lab Calendar

Note: If the calendar is marked “out of the office” or “holiday” and you are having an emergency, please call 832-906-9789 and we will see what we can do to help.

  1. Fill out the following online form to be placed on the schedule. Remember to hit send at the end of the form.

  1. Print out and fill in the Micro-Analysis Order/Chain of Custody form and include it in the package with the sample(s).

  1. Send fresh samples:
  • Overnight
  • In a small sealed plastic bottle (Do not mix samples in one bottle)
  • Only fill bottle half full.
  • No Ice!
  • Include the Micro-Analysis Order/Chain of Custody form
